We are found approximately one hour south of the Tanzanian border, and approximately one and a half hours north from Mzuzu on the main M1 highway. Sangilo is about 20 km north of Livingstonia

The Sanctuary is signposted from the tarmac road, 1.5km along a well-maintained dirt track:

Transfers can be arranged to and from the lake shore ferry (approx 10 min from Chilumba port, the northernmost stop of the Ilala.)

Cheap flights can be arranged from Nyika National Park, Mzuzu or Lilongwe.
